Dr. Maxine Henry, PhD
Dr. Henry is a global strategist and GRC consultant. A dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience in information technology, Dr. Henry specializes in cybersecurity, data privacy and protection, governance, risk and compliance. This includes building out infrastructure for large integrated systems such as SAP and Oracle, to protecting companies from next generation security threats. Dr. Henry is responsible for aligning GRC and cyber risk with business performance drivers, resources, IT audit capabilities and internal controls to transform technology solutions. Dr. Henry has a deep understanding of GDPR, EU Data Protection Act, ISO 27000, Series /31000/ 22301, ITIL, PCI DSS, COBIT, COSO, NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPPA/HITRUST, SSAE SOC 2, and Sarbanes Oxley, Privacy Shield. This knowledge has lead to the development of innovative approaches to managing GRC, operational, tactical and strategic plans that enhance organizational opportunities to reduce risk and lower technology cost. Dr. Henry has held leadership roles with: Direct Defense, DMIG, Global Conductor, Experian, The Walt Disney Company, Warner Brothers, Infosys, P3 Project Professionals, VPI/Nationwide Insurance, Wellpoint, University of Phoenix, DirecTV, Reliance Steel & Aluminum, E! Entertainment Networks, Lectra, Paramount/Prentice Hall Legal & Financial Services.
Ed Hoy, Vice President, CISA 
Edward Hoy, CISA graduated from The Virginia Military Institute, where he received a BA Degree in English and a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve. He was certified as an IBM systems engineer and became a national consultant in the National Marketing Division of IBM for 25 years. After retiring from IBM he was a Senior Manager of IT Audit Practice at the public accounting firm of RSM McGladrey. His professional experience ranges from technical experience to managing IT services.  He was a Senior Director of operations and support services for JBA International.  He has had an additional 27 years as both an IT Auditor and a compliance consultant for major fortune 1000 companies throughout the United States.  Among his clients have been such notable companies as The Walt Disney Company, McDonald Douglas, The Hawaiian Electric Company, Boeing, American Honda Motors, Johnson & Johnson, Kaiser Permanente, and The Tribune. His technical expertise ranges from IT Security to IT Audit and Compliance in main frames, mid-range systems and pc servers on the internet. Within each of these systems he has hands on experience with networks, databases, operating systems, security tools and ERP application systems such as SAP, Peoplesoft, JDE, JBA, DMASII, and Great Plains. Risk Assessments, Compliance Remediation in GDPR, SOX, PII, PCI, and HIPAA have been his major focus in the past fifteen years.  Additionally, he is a Certified Information Technology Auditor and an instructor on the CISA pre-examination course as a member of the training staff for ISACA.
